Burlotti Spedizioni S.p.A. has always made the quality of its services a strong point that, along with attention to environmental, health, and safety aspects, has led the company to implement Management Systems according to the UNI EN ISO 45001 and UNI EN ISO 14001 standards.

The achievement of certifications according to the UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI EN ISO 45001 standards reflects the attention dedicated by Burlotti Spedizioni S.p.A. to maintaining Health and Safety conditions for all workers operating at or on behalf of the Company; to respecting individuals; and to the constant evaluation of every activity in relation to its impact on the surrounding Environment.

The constant commitment of Burlotti Spedizioni S.p.A. is aimed at achieving the following objectives:

I. Adopt and maintain effective Management Systems for safety and the environment, implemented in light of the regulatory frameworks UNI EN ISO 45001 and UNI EN ISO 14001.

II. Promote constant improvement of management processes and services to maintain high effectiveness and efficiency that enable the achievement of budget objectives while respecting the mandatory requirements of applicable regulations and laws, as well as compliance obligations related to safety and the environment

III. Prevent pollution, accidents, and occupational diseases

IV. Promote a process-based approach where activities are constantly monitored and reviewed based on measurable objectives, defining indicators and periodically reviewing them against the established goals.

V. Promote training and education activities to ensure the transmission of knowledge and information essential for the proper functioning of processes, as well as the development of a culture and practice of behavior based on the protection of the environment and personal health.

VI. Require management to provide effective leadership that ensures all managers, employees, and contractors are aware of the commitments made, are trained, educated, and motivated regarding their responsibilities.

VII. Promote increasing staff involvement to enhance their motivation and awareness of the importance of their role, while respecting company procedures and instructions and complying with health, safety at work, and environmental regulations.

VIII. Establish a Corporate Responsibility Policy by disseminating its core contents among the staff regarding prevention in health and safety matters and environmental respect.

IX. Promote constant collaboration with the client, ensuring not only the provision of compliant services but also innovative and sustainable services and technical solutions.

X. Respond quickly and effectively to non-conformities, working to minimize their occurrence and reducing response times.

XI. Operate in close collaboration with product and service suppliers by identifying key aspects that impact the final product, particularly regarding compliance with environmental protection regulations.

XII. Operate on production processes and plant efficiency to minimize waste and maximize productivity while constantly respecting the final service requirements.

XIII. Promote investments to maintain high competitiveness.

XIV. Allow transparent and continuous relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

XV. Adopt standards and performance requirements designed to promote correct environmental behaviors and health and safety protection at Burlotti Spedizioni S.p.A. and, where possible, at clients.

XVI. Preserve the protection of health and safety at work and environmental protection through periodic monitoring activities of workplaces, with the aim of preventing unsafe behaviors or dangerous situations;

XVII. Prepare for environmental and health and safety emergencies through open communication of our risks.

XVIII. Promote waste management oriented towards principles of reduction, recycling, reuse.

XIX. Optimize energy consumption, raw materials, and water through research and development of increasingly advanced technological processes and the use of renewable energies, recyclable and/or reusable materials.

XX. Assess the impacts of climate change on business activities with particular reference to potential emergency situations;

XXI. Pursue continuous improvement of environmental performance while reducing the impact on climate change with particular reference to:

XXII. Ensure continuous investments aimed at improving quality, environment, and safety aspects, specifically with the goal of reducing environmental impacts and residual health and safety risks at work.

XXIII. Prepare the assessment of the business context, including the nature, size, significant variations of processes and/or plants, in relation to environmental impact and the protection of health and safety of workers.

XXIV. Share with workers the company goals related to environmental management and workplace safety.

XXV. Make the policy available to internal and external stakeholders, as well as review it periodically to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to the organization.
